Curatorial Statement
Elizabeth Bonte was one of the few women involved in creating Art Nouveau jewelry. Bonte studied at the Ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Paris. She merged her workshop with another jeweler, George Pierre, where they worked together creating art nouveau jewelry until 1936.
