This whimsical hand-painted evening gown by New York designer Philip Hulitar features stylized zebras. Best known for his sophisticated evening wear, Hulitar began his career as a custom designer at Bergdorf Goodman in 1935. He opened in own salon in 1949 and retired in 1964.
