At the fair visitors saw displays by America's major corporations , witnessed the brilliance of the Fair from above on the Sky Ride (depicted on this souvenir) and enjoyed the Midway's rides and attractions. Tit is estimated that the Fair brought 40 million visitors to Chicago and provided a welcome respite from the grim realities of the Great Depression.
