| Description | Dress, evening-style, of off white velvet with rhinestone and bead trim. Deep scoop neckline trimmed with crystal bead fringe; sleeveless. Pattern pieces make dress appear to have five overlapping layers, each edged with crystal bead fringe and crystal bead and rhinestone Greek key pattern. Falls just below knee. |

| Curatorial Statement | This garment is one of the best examples of flapper-style dress in the Museum's collection. The flat silhouettes and fringe are common features of dress from the 1920s. |
