Object History	Carrie Lannon wore this dress in 1998 to the Fashion Group International's 13th annual gala at Chicago's Four Season's Hotel. Lannon co-chaired the event, which honored the Ferragamo family for their excellence in fashion and accessory design. To thank Lannon for her contributions, the Ferragamo family gave her the black evening gown to wear to the party. She is photographed in the dress along side Massimo Ferragamo, Salvatore Ferragamo's son. Carrie Lannon is the president of Lannon Communications, a public relations agency in Chicago that specializes in fashion.
